Savannah Jochum advises healthcare leaders on the operating decisions behind growth, revenue performance, payer strategy, and new programs.
Healthcare operations.
From the inside.
Savannah Jochum
Savannah’s work is grounded in healthcare operations—not abstract strategy. Her experience spans multi-site growth, revenue cycle, payer enrollment, staffing architecture, intake systems, program implementation, and the day-to-day realities of leading teams through change.
She partners with executive teams across behavioral health, dental, and multidisciplinary outpatient care to design the infrastructure required for expansion—aligning workflows, staffing, payer strategy, KPI visibility, compliance, and revenue operations.
Her work centers on building systems that allow organizations to scale with clarity, stability, and leadership visibility. She is typically engaged when an organization is expanding locations, integrating services, launching a new program, navigating payer complexity, or experiencing growth that is outpacing its operational foundation.
“The goal is not to make an organization look more sophisticated. It is to build systems that make the work clearer, more durable, and easier to lead.”
